Make it clearer which date and location are used for a dataset #335

Any Plenario dataset requires a single Observation Date and a single Location. However, some source datasets have more than one of either or both. It would be helpful if the Plenario view of a dataset made it clearer which columns in the source dataset were being used for these purposes.
