GitHub 似乎采用模块机制来引用 jQuery 了，jQuery 不再暴露到全局，因此整个框架需要自己加载 jQuery（或 Zepto）。

这样的话，同时用户脚本似乎也不需要 unsafeWindow 的任何变量了，因此需要调整 @grant 设置。
