Feature request: Temperature threshold visibility

What

I would like the extension to only be visible if the average temperature exceeds a threshold.

How

Add user defined threshold for when to turn and make empty text displayed until threshold met.
make threshold a range so that it doesn't flicker at the threshold.

Why

• I don't actually notice when my temperature spikes until it starts burning my lap.
• I don't like a busy topbar
