Features include the launch file that can be modular to fit all the motors
also added more comments for clarity
Also added the ability to start everything rom the launch file. NOTE: The launch file needs to be run as root so that the usb can communicate
this allows for a more generic 'rover' package that you can create launch files more easily

creating the infrastructure inside the catkin workspace src folder. This code can compile and give a rough framework for some of the ros stuff. If this is merged please squash merge it.
