Publish:
../Wheel/position_[wheelNumber]_actual
This represents the position of the wheel in meters
../Wheel/velocity_[wheelNumber]_actual
This represents the current rotation velocity in rpm
Suscribe:
../Wheel/velocity_[wheelNumber]_setpoint
This represents what the desired rotation should be in rpm
