Spawn a JTAC

JATC are spawned with a text Marker (on MAP view):

Exemple:

veaf spawn jtac, laser 1688

Command helper: veaf/marker/spawn/jtac

Note:

JTAC are not visible by AI.
JTAC are usable with F10 menu (CTLD scripts are included)

Spawned JTAC with already used laser code will replace previous spawned JTAC.
