Spawn a custom Unit

Units are spawned with a text Marker (on MAP view):

Exemple:

veaf spawn unit, name sa9, country Russia, hdg 0, speed 0

Command helper: veaf/marker/spawn/unit

Note: avoid units spawn in tankers area.
