In this repository you will find the files necesary to make your Asymmetric Lock Box, in the folder Asymmetric Lock Box you can find tree folders: Acrylic Lids, STEP Files and STL Files.
In the file Ensamblaje.PDF you can see the all pieces of the box and and the recommended material, we recomended using PLA+ or PLA for the printed parts and acrilic for the lids, but you can try using other materials.
-
Length: 21.2cm
-
Width: 16.7cm
-
Depth: 2.7cm
For the 3D printing process you need the STL Files, so following the file assembly you will find which pieces and how many you need to print, and then you can find the STL file for each part.
Note: Piece #22 "arandela 2.2" is the same piece #21 "arandela 2", according to the assembly file.
If you will use PLA+ filament we recomended the following settings:
-
Temperature: 215°C
-
Nozzle: 0,4mm
-
Layer Height: 0.2mm
-
Outer wall Speed: 25mm/s
-
Infill: 10%
For lids we recomended using acrylic, but you can use others materials like wood or any other. In the folder Acrylic Lids you can dowload the files to cut and laser engraving the lids.
The folder STEP Files has the file for each part and you can make little changes.
