does not open ( Steam Deck oled)

Hello everyone! I've been trying everything for 3 weeks and I can't get it to work. I've changed the version, I've installed GPU drivers, I don't know what else to do. I'm on Windows 11 Steam OLED. When I install it, it works, but then if I close it, it doesn't open again. I've seen that you're asking for the handheld registration or it doesn't appear or I don't know how to do it. Thank you very much.

When you close it, can you check if it still leaves in the task manager (stalled process) ?
When you try to open it again and it fails, can you look into %MYDOCUMENTS%, Handheld Companion, logs folder and see if the log files reports anything suspicious ?

Task Manager starts running, and I'm sending you a photo of the logs, the last ones that come out are from ida 7, I don't understand anything, sorry

I had this exact same issue. I solved it on mine by uninstalling the app through the windows installer. Then, manually deleting the Documents HHC file and then reinstalling the latest version

Thank you very much for your help, the application is now open! I did what you told me and changed the save path, this application does not end up working completely well, I will try an older version, any alternatives?

Hi. I have the LCD version of Steam Deck. And the last two versions of the app are not working for me. I had to roll back to an earlier version. At startup, the program icon appears, after which it immediately closes. The problem started with version 0.21.6.1 and 0.21.7.0

This may be a different problem than the one above, but I do not even get to anything displayed from HC. It has a popup about the administrator allowing changes; I click yes, and nothing happens. The popup goes away, and nothing appears in the task manager or on the screen.
