Describe the bug
Hello, im new to Handheld Companion,
Problem #1 - does it require .net framework 8? initial installs / reinstalls until 3rd time i finally got this message stating .net 8 was required, but i was getting no respons on initial installs after rebooting, app launch just do nothing, not even UI popup or systray. (GPD Win 4 2024 and Legion Go)

Problem #2 - I couldnt disable the VIRTUAL controller, it worked while adjusting setting in windows desktop, but after rebooting, the (B) of ABXY buttons seems to interfere with game play , example in PPSSPP, (B) would act as if it was (L2) pressed casuing game play exiting back out to PPSSPP MENU as if I pressed ESC? - I dont think all users need this Virtual controller

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try disable Virtual Controller, and enable built-in controller, it might work for the moment, until reboot, problem is back again.

Expected behavior
when disabling Virtual Controller, no mapping translation should be happening right? after reboot problem

Screenshots
I uninstalled it ... unfortuntely its not working out for me. perhaps i can revisit this in the future.

Logs file
perhaps next time , now i know how to submit a bug report via git hub
