"Reset cursor position" command, especially for gyro mouse

Problem

I use the gyro of my Steam Deck, DualSense, and JoyCon to use the mouse while playing mouse-heavy games, mainly strategy or city builders. However, sometimes it gets misaligned with my resting position.

Normally I just "force" it back into position by slamming the cursor against the side of the screen and then motioning past it. But that's not ideal, especially for larger screens.

Solution
A new Hotkey function that resets the cursor to the center of the screen, mappable to any button or key.
