Hi Valve, My Team Should Lose MMR

Every ranked game of mine there is at least one troll who runs around and feed enemies to give them an early lead. I have absolutely no idea why this guy is the same rank as me and gets assign to my team, nevertheless this troll always on my team.
As a result of the snowball effect, enemy team quickly starts to stomp us everywhere on the map. I go top lane bot lane feeds, I go bot lane top lane feeds, and mid lane is getting pushed. It takes painful effort to win such a game which really should be lost.
So please Valve people for you parents' sake stop calling your garbage quality games "balanced" because they are not.
Every game is either a stomp or a shit show.
