Competitive Dota 2 - New Meta Ban/Pick concept

Just watched the Berlin Major.

I dont know how you guys feel about picking and banning same heroes over and over again.
It's feels a bit dull, and its been like that for many tournements. There is a lot of hereos that can be played, but since new patch and new meta will be created, you probably will go with the best given meta for the patch, the rest of the heroes in the pool will never show light.

My suggestion is on Competitive Dota 2 level and not in public/rank games.

How about an example how it should be?

Example:
Berlin Major Grand Final - GG vs Liquid

First game:
GG won with - Kotl, Terrorblade, Pangolier, Crystal Maiden, Magnus.

Second game:
Kotl, Terrorblade, Pangolier, Crystal Maiden, Magnus, in the hero pool should be removed in the series,
no team will be able to pick or ban these hereoes in rest of the serie.
Liquid won with - Doombringer, Ember Spirit, Techies, Lich and Faceless Void.

Third game.
Kotl, Terrorblade, Pangolier, Crystal Maiden, Magnus is still removed
Doombringer, Ember Spirit, Techies, Lich and Faceless Void is also removed, no pick or ban.
GG won with - Kotl, Alchemist, Oracle, Underlord, Puck.

Kotl is removed in this series, team shouldn't be able to pick it.

Fourth game
So on and on....

I hope this make sense.
I believe this will bring the ban and pick phase in Competitive Dota 2 much more intresting and force teams to play heroes that is out of their comfort zone.

There will be more different combo style to play with and not only current Meta.
