CS2 memory leak on windows.

For some reason CS2 can sometimes memory leak and cause a lot of issues such as corrupt textures during the game session, corrupt models etc.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch CS2
2. Play Any game mode, community server or workshop map for some time.
3. And boom the game will start memory leaking for no reason.
