Add support for the GPD Win Max 2 laptop/handheld, it doesn't feature VRR nor HDR, it just reports 40Hz and 60Hz. The display has been the same throughout the 3 revisions (2022, 2023, 2024) so this configuration should work for them all, I personally have the 2024 version. This configuration has been tested with: * Arch Linux with kernel 6.11.6-arch1-1
