Installer often freezes on Setup [20/20]: lvm-luks-format

During a Vanilla OS install, it seems like there's a relatively frequent issue where the installer freezes at Setup [20/20]: lvm-luks-format with poor feedback to the user.

This needs more information from someone who is affected.

The most interesting info would be if this happens on automatic partitioning. If it only happens on manual partitioning we need the disk layout of the person.
