feat: Publish vib docker image to make usage easier

Vib requires host dependencies like libbtrfs and libdevmapper, while our precompiled versions should work in most other distros, it's still possible that the user is using a distro where the dependencies are too old/new, or it's not possible to install any extra libraries.
To make the usage of vib easier we hould offer a container image which makes using vib easier
