Detect keyboard layout from location

We use the user's location for the time zone. It would also be possible to use it to guess a keyboard layout.

We would probably have to maintain a list of keyboard layout for location, but maybe such a list exists somewhere.

Many locations use multiple keyboard layouts.

Sure, it's only a one size fits most solution.
Especially because the location can't always be determined accurately.
This should only make it easier to find the correct keyboard layout and not replace the actual keyboard page.
