Feature Request: Continue downloading other mods when one fails.

Please make it so that when one mod fails it does not stop the entire process of downloading. My internet is bad where I live and failures are almost a given. I would like CMPDL to download as many as possible, I can then add the failed ones afterward manually.

CMPDL started to getting 403 for some mods, it should be definitely can continue downloading, and also checking downloaded at the end and try to re-download failed files.

I just got 4 empty jar files in mods dir in my instance from 403 errors.
This was when installing Forever Stranded Lost Souls today.
All failed files had "%" characters in file name (from urls)
Modpack is on Curse.

Sorry for the delay in replies. Haven't tried to use this tool for a while.
It is still stopping the download process when a failure occurs...see attached.
