    Definitions:
</p>

<p style="font-family:mason; font-size:20px;">
    • Delegate: A natural person who has been granted access to the Event, either through purchase of a valid delegate
    card or by virtue of a valid complimentary ticket issued by the Event Organizer.<br>
    • Event: The sports and cultural activities organized by AFMC under the name “SILHOUETTES,” conducted by the Event
    Organizer, either independently or in conjunction with third parties, at such Venue and for such duration as
    determined by the Event Organizer.<br>
    • Event Days: The designated dates on which the Event is scheduled to occur.<br>
    • First Event Day: The initial date of the Event as determined by the Event Organizer.<br>
    • Event Duration: The period commencing on the Event's start date and concluding on its end date.<br>
    • Event Organizer: The team and event heads responsible for the organization and execution of "Silhouettes,"
    including <br> facilitating delegate access.<br>
    • Registration Slip: A physical or electronic receipt provided by the Event Organizer to Delegates as proof of
    payment.<br>
    • Delegate Card: A credential, purchased by whether physical (cash) or electronic means, purchased by a Delegate via
    the Registration Website, granting access to the Event Venue. Delegate cards issued at the registration counter
    shall be considered equivalent to delegate cards purchased via the website.<br>
    • Registration Website: The official "Silhouettes" website and any on-ground registration counters operated by the
    Event Organizer.<br>
    • Venue: The designated area and location where each Event activity is scheduled to take place.<br>

    A. Event Access & General Guidelines:<br><br>

   

    1. Submission of a registration constitutes an offer by the Delegate, which shall be deemed accepted only upon written
    confirmation by the Silhouettes and AIIMBT 2025 organizing committee (hereinafter referred to as "Us," "Our," or
    "We"). Acceptance is further contingent upon receipt of cleared funds (if applicable) for specified events, as
    evidenced by written confirmation. <br>
    2. Payment shall be made via UPI, credit or debit card, or any other available payment method(s). Upon receipt of full
    payment and approval of the registration by Us, a confirmation email containing registration details will be sent to
    the Delegate.<br>
    3. Every attendee of Silhouettes and AIIMBT 2025 is required to register as a Delegate and obtain a Delegate Card at
    the Registration Desk.<br>
    • The Delegate Card serves as identification within the campus and must be carried at all times.<br>
    • Two passport-size photographs and a valid college ID are prerequisites for Delegate Card issuance.<br>
    • A single Delegate Card (as per their tier) is valid for all Event Days and provides access to all designated areas.<br>
    • Presentation of the Delegate Card is mandatory for participation in any event.<br>
    • Delegate Cards will be issued exclusively at the Registration Desk and Registration Website.<br>
    • Delegate Cards without a photograph and the official Silhouettes stamp are invalid.<br>
    4. Registration for cultural, sports, and literary events is available online via the registration portal at
    http://www.afmcsilhouettes.in.<br>
    5. Delegates who have registered and paid online must present their e-ticket at the Registration Desk to receive a
    physical receipt and Delegate Card.<br>
    6. On-spot registrations are subject to availability and at the discretion of the respective Event Heads.<br>
    7. Participants may register and pay both online and offline via the payment gateway on our website. Online
    registration will generate an e-ticket that must be presented at the Registration Desk to obtain a receipt and
    Delegate Card.<br>
    8. Team Leaders are responsible for coordinating with the Organizing Committee regarding the issuance of Delegate
    Cards.<br>
    9. The decisions of the judges and referees are final and binding. Unruly behavior by a team may result in denial of
    participation or disqualification at any time.<br>
    10. ALL DELEGATES ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY THEIR DELEGATE CARDS AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON CAMPUS.<br>
    11. ENTRY TO PRO-SHOWS/EVENTS WILL BE STRICTLY DENIED WITHOUT EXCEPTION TO ANY INDIVIDUAL FAILING TO PRODUCE THEIR
    DELEGATE CARD.<br>
    12. The Delegate Card serves as an identification card, and Delegates are expected to present it upon request to
    authorized security personnel at security checkpoints.<br>
    13. On-spot registration is subject to availability and the discretion of the Event Heads.<br>
    14. The Event Organizer, its agents, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, damage, theft, loss, or
    cost suffered at or as a result of the Event.<br>
    15.  Delegates under the influence of alcohol will be denied entry to the Event.<br>
    16. The Event Organizer reserves the right to evict any individual from the Event who is under the influence of drugs or
    alcohol or who, in the reasonable opinion of the Event Organizer, is behaving inappropriately.<br>
    17. First aid and basic medical facilities will be available at the Event during Event Timings. An ambulance will be on
    standby for emergencies. However, the Event Organizer does not assume responsibility or liability for any injury or
    health issue beyond the scope of available resources and will only provide reasonable assistance.<br>
    18. All Delegates shall cooperate with the Event Organizer's team in an ethical and polite manner.<br>
    19. "Silhouettes" is a non-smoking event. Cigarettes, Vape pens or any other smoking devices and lighters are
    prohibited and will be confiscated at the discretion of the Event Organizer.<br>
