Installing the demo with the given command: composer create-project victoire/demo myVictoire "1.3.*@dev" results in the following exception:

Script Incenteev\ParameterHandler\ScriptHandler::buildParameters handling the post-install-cmd event terminated with an exception
                         
  [ErrorException]                 
  A non-numeric value encountered
