Description
units/infantry with Sensors=yes can only detect stealthed units/infantry when either attempting to enter the same cell as a stealthed unit/infantry, or the stealthed unit/infantry moves from point A to point B and passes the sensing unit/infantry

for [STNK] the only change I made was
;Primary=Dragon ;to prevent neutral stealth tank from revealing to attack
for [E1] the only changes I made were

Sensors=yes ;just to be safe, I know infantry have this set to yes for default
Steps To Reproduce
use my above ini tweakery, and I can actually do you a solid and pass along the map file too, just rename extention to .map
Expected Behaviour
unit SHOULD theoretically be able to detect a cloaked unit while it is stationary, I mean, how else should one expect SENSORS to work, they're more than just your EYEs

here's renamer so you can easily change the "stealth test.jpg" file's extension to .map
