chore: clean up monthly-challenges folder (#413)

* chore: move August2021 folder into archive in healthy-habits * chore: delete PastChallenges.md We have the record of past challenges in the README of each challenge * chore: move Demo_Days folder into archive in build-in-public * chore: rename Create_AV_Content to create-av-content for consistency * feat: add a note to explain the past build in public and demo day challenges
