This release ensures compatibility with all MaxScale versions < 2.4. Thanks to the work of @ErwinSteffens (#7).

For MaxScale versions > 2.4 see the maxctrl_exporter. This is because the MaxInfo & MaxAdmin API are deprecated and deleted in versions > 2.4.
