Resizing of structures not working properly

Hi, I used the gameuser.ini to resize the Tek Replicator, Industrial Forge and Industrial Grinder to make them smaller.
The Replicator acts just like the regular size with 3x3 block stand off size. Almost like a barrier around it.
The Forge will not use the Anti collision or it acts the same as the Rep with the stand off area.
It didn't even work to resize the Grinder. Please help. This was one of the main points for using your mod.... Tysm!
