Basically, just the ability to set the minimum value to below 1 and have ores be rarer than 1 per chunk since this is still pretty common.

Alternatives

Currently it seems like the only way to do it is to make schematics of individual blocks and sink them in the ground with structures which is super tedious and complicates things
