[TALENT] As a PalomaTalent creator, I want to receive governance fees from the trading of my launched tokens so that I am receiving income from the 1% trading fee on the pools that I create.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Update Astroport fork to Remove LP fee. And collect 1% governance fee.
  2. Split the governance fee into creator address for 70%
  3. Split the governance fee into GRAIN/PUSD Liquidity Position 30%. Or address that we can run script to deposit this into GRAIN/PUSD liquidity
