So if the planter has, for example, 9 oak saplings placed as the ghost items and you tell the Factory Manager to keep 32 saplings in the planter, it will actually only stock 23 of them as it considers there to be 9 in there already. Tested a couple ways and it seems that the factory manager is viewing the ghost items as real ones. Is this intended or a limitation of the planter? (This bug also bit direwolf20 in his and Pahimar's Crash Landing LP. They just didn't seem to figure out what was going wrong or at least didn't mention doing so on camera.)
