First FAQ live. 3h max to answer all questions.

But, this is the first one. We need to test it, see if everything work fine and validate the process.

So, we started at 5 participants.

• it's good to have the habits to turn off our own microphone and leave just the couple of peoples who have something to say. > less noise.

• I think it's cool to have video on but maybe not for everybody. Still difficult to know where come from the lag. It's seem to be more linked to each personal connection.
  Video flux was fine from other participant but only Jakub was lagged. Don't know if turning off video flux would change anything.

• Alex a perdu a lot of intel after a update of his phone. Don't update anything. never.
  OR always backing up, ALWAYS, ALL the TIME.

We are not Live. ... but any body can join. ....
I'm recording for analyse....

note:

• It's like a meeting in a close room, telling to everybody they can join. But it's super intimidating to push the door.
• then it's not so open, and doesn't invite people to participate. Or we need to invite personally some or push something to have more participants.
• Ok, I understand if we have to talk on sensitive subject. But then, it's not a FAQ meeting.

With Javier, for any reasons, only audio from us to him, and he text back to us on the chat.
