The most interesting is be an hosting organisation and for the beginning is the easiest because you'll be in contact with experienced sending organisation.

experienced sending organisation (who can help you with formal papers like

• Visa (for non-EU participants)
  or
• Cigna (European health insurance for volunteers).

For doing it first you should have minimum one employee (half time is ok) who will be coordinator for volunteers and an mentor (who can be benevol) and be registered to Europe (PIC number) and having the accreditation of European Solidarity Corps (before Erasmus+).

2- Application for funding

Any public or private organisation from a European Union Member State holding a Quality Label can submit applications for funding
