@AlexandreRousselet I think that some attendees have disappeared because of an unchecked setting.
I check their profile on sched :

I think if the user wants to be visible, the user has to check in the option "make my profile and my schedule public" in this page https://vulcaseminar2020.sched.com/profile :

So, That means we should contact them somehow to ask them if they:

  • Want to be invisible
    or
  • If they just didn't figure out the option to make them visible.

I will see with @AleksSlju how we can manage such a situation so.

In the meantime, we can add "incognito" attendees or something similar to when you share a gdoc with someone with unregistered email, and you have "anonymous snake".

So, something not revealing their name, but maybe just country and some logo we can come up with?

Just an idea

Hi @AleksSlju ! Sched seems to be fully automated. This means that we can't manually add attendees in order to display some anonymous attendees. On the other hand, we can still buy "fake tickets" and we can fill up the profile in order to display anonymous attendees. What do you think ? @AlexandreRousselet @AleksSlju

I am afraid to get lost between real ticket and fake one.
Let's see until December how things goes.
