Fix border issue for last column in focus mode

In #141 we had to be a bit creative to make sure the last column would always display a grey border. But in doing so we created a visual bug in focus mode i.e. selected for edit.

Investigate how to adjust the DisasterTable border settings to fix this visual bug while maintaining the visual aspect in other situations.
