Instantiation Annotations not Mapped

When ingesting xml from AMS1 to AMS2 using the PBCore zipped ingester, I noticed that the instantiation annotations are not being mapped anywhere.

Additional issue seems to be happening with how Digital Instantiation is storing preservation admin data. Here are two separate examples of how the metadata appears (maybe depending on the ingester used?):

1. Data not present in PBCore, but present in two separate types of views on page: https://ams2.wgbh-mla.org/concern/digital_instantiations/cpb-aacip-80071ad7f5f?locale=en
2. Data present in PBCOre: https://ams2.wgbh-mla.org/concern/digital_instantiations/cpb-aacip-6cecb61966d?locale=en

The goal is to have it present in PBCore (like example 2)

Instantiation reset ingester does grab preservation metadata for dig instantiations - tested and it works.
