It's be nice to visualize the clustering of embeddings with a plot.
There are several techniques to explore, eg: k-means, uMAP or t-SNE or FLt-SNE
plot comparison

For best effect, being able so see image samples within each cluster would be ideal to get a sense of what different clusters represent
