Blank Revision Code in Part Template results in spinning wheel #432

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select "Add Part Template"
  2. Fill in Part Number, Name, and select a Part Type
  3. Clear out the Revision Code 'A' and set to blank.
  4. Hit enter
    The spinning wheel is displayed above the Add Part Template screen.

Please add the required field validation for Revision Code.
