Throws internal server error on unknown year for products #37

https://ch.tudelft.nl/payments/api/products/SYMPOSIUM/1234 results in a 500 internal server error, because the productgroup in year 1234 does not exist. It would be better to return a 400 error, which for example https://ch.tudelft.nl/payments/api/products/SYMPOSIUM/foo does return.
