Windows 10x restart is stuck [Pernambuco (2407.22)] #7

With the latest provided FFU with Windows 10x and [Pernambuco (2407.22)], my Surface Duo is stuck on restart.

If you press "Restart" on windows, the displays turn off, but the device actually never restarts.

The workaround is to longpress the powerbutton until the device actually restarts.

Info: It happened after the first boot.
