standard pagination does not work with random order

Describe the bug
We have an issue with the display View for testimonials. We configured the view to order = random. But everytime we reload the page, the testimonials are the same from the same categories

It works properly if the pagination is set to 'simple'

well i guess it beats the purpose of random ^^

we can consider a shuffle implementation here
