Enabling this plugin removes option to set featured image for post and product.

Describe the bug
In my case whenever I enable this plugin I lost ability to set feature image for post and products, the block responsible for it does not show. As far as I checked it also happens for me without other plugins turned on.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable plugin.
2. Try to set feature image in post.

Expected behavior
I just want use the plugin and still be able to set featured images.
