Video plays on Flix and youtube style

Hi guys i am experiencing something

I use YouPHPFlix style and when i click embedded or any video on home page videos play/ load well but the minute i choose same video from video categories on my left panel, those embedded videos don't load especially youtube ones.

i just realized that the above issue happens when user is using chrome with Edge and incognito i don't experience that . what could be the cause of this

my platform is on YPHPFlix when you select that movie from scrolling carrousel it just play well but when you select from categories it will just show loading espcially on Chrom browser BYT with icognito it plays well

It works for me in all cases, I am not sure how to reproduce it

ok i will check what's wrong with my Chrome browser. thanks for feedback
