3 things I like about the proposal:

The idea is clever and useful.
The two-step procedure is a good way to approach.
Good dataset description.

3 areas of improvement:

It would be better if a more concrete example of your idea was provided.
How do you differentiate the categories of business the user favor in his/her review?
Will you consider the possibility that some reviews are fake?
