MFA preventing from working

Hey,

Thanks for a fantastic extension - it's a great help with multi-site. 😄

I have just run into an issue where we have MFA enabled and the extension cannot login to the other sites. I know this is a security thing, but not sure if the token could be passed along or similar - as it would be the same MFA code no matter which domain you login on.

I appreciate this might not be possible, but thought I would raise it.
