Can't remove items from the Height categories #1

Hi Paul, thanks for trying it out. |
It is the version that installs when you download from http://iweave.com/getstarted.html (windows installer). It claims to be version 2.1. I'm not even sure which of these projects is the relevant one but I assumed it was the JS project. I've not put it anywhere you can see at this point as I'm only testing it on my local pc but I've not built it or anything like that it was just included in the zip file which the installer uses. |
Also, thank you for the fast reply :) |
I tried the installer that you mentioned, but I was unable to reproduce the specific issue you described. I created a CSV data source, then a bar chart. I clicked the 'x' on the bubble next to "Height" and the bubble went away. When I click a new option in the drop-down, the old bubble does not reappear. |
I should mention that I had to click outside the drop-down in order to close it. |
Thanks for checking for me, I will go back to my setup and see if I've done something silly. |
Hi, I have found that I'm still getting this error so I think I'll take a look at the code for you and see if I can work out what might be causing it. I will then come back to you. Cheers |
Hi, I'm not even sure if this project is still live but I've been having a look at weavejs 2. It seems quite good although I assume it was not fully completed given that the original application appears to be flash based and the walkthrough option never appears to work.
If this project is still live then I may have found a bug in that I can't seem to remove entries from the Height option on bar charts.
You can click the 'x' and the option will be removed but as soon as you move to another option it will come back. This is fustrating given that it always populates this field as default effectively making it impossible to create a bar chart if the default guess is wrong.
Anyway, it would be good to know if this project is still active in any case?
