Increase loading/startup focus

Recording another discussion from yesterday: There was agreement that we would like more focus on loading/parsing/startup etc. in the benchmark. Right now parsing is not part of the measurement, because addScript is done as part of the setup/instantiation of the Benchmark class, not in runIteration. It's not totally obvious how to do it though, without accidentally measuring network speeds, or caching.
