each measurement should have a 5 star rating

automatic measurements show a star rating after finishing to give the user an idea how good the gathered data was (lighting conditions, number of points, overall confidence, ML outcomes)
manual measurements should ask the user for a star rating of how good she thinks the measurement was (compliance of child, stressful situation, ...)
