Migaloo v4 will be released "a week or two" after v3.

This will allow the v3 release to contain no changes other than upgrading x/wasm, ibc-go, and cosmos-sdk.

That is quite frankly more than enough.

Adding Skip integration here (the one using the sdk module). It's not urgent though, we could add it in v5 or later.
