what's the state on this? seems merged to an old branch. main is still using "@skip-mev/skipjs": "1.1.0", The changes to src/core/types/arbitrageloops/skipLoop.ts seems still valid on update. |

Description and Motivation
Upgrade to the latest skipjs and cosmjs dependencies.
Currently skip has limited access to the suggested method for signing a bundle which causes an issue in typescript that needs to be ignored. Would prefer an alternative but put this PR up for discussion.
