Because the neither old or new upstream of HeaderFooter is compatible with MW 1.43 switch it from to our new fork, based on the new upstream, that was updated to be compatible. In the future, hopefully we can upstream our fixes and remove this fork.

Do not merge this branch, we'll keep the changes on our
-Fandombranch. This way we can compare what happens on the upstreamREL1_43which needs to be updated via Gerrit anyways and we don't have to update the reference inunified-platform.
