Feature description and context

With platform search data pulling from opensearch, we can start leveraging the tool through the platform to get better, faster, and more accurate results. One of the best opportunities for improvement is the match set (dependent on #873 )

Feature sign-off requirements

  • retire the current matching set function and instead leverage opensearch
Annotation.getMatchingSet(Shepherd myShepherd, JSONObject params,
        boolean useClauses)
  • update the reference to getMatchingSet across the platform, including:
    • Annotation.java
    • IAQueryCache.java
    • IBEISIA.java
    • IAGateway.java
