Feature description and context

Historically, Alternative ID was introduce to allow users to have a singular secondary name. The system has since been updated to allow for infinite names with the context:value system. The Alternative ID field now creates a context:value pair with the context Alternative ID. However, the original name still displays.

Feature sign-off requirements

• remove the separate Alternative ID from the Individual page.
• have the Alternative ID context populate with no value by default (follow the pattern of the Nickname context)

verified behavior in 10.5.0 and in 10.2.0, so resolution should work for all existing platforms
