Historically, Alternative ID was introduce to allow users to have a singular secondary name. The system has since been updated to allow for infinite names with the context:value system. The Alternative ID field now creates a context:value pair with the context Alternative ID. However, the original name still displays.
Feature sign-off requirements
remove the separate Alternative ID from the Individual page.
have the Alternative ID context populate with no value by default (follow the pattern of the Nickname context)
